xxkylexx
Hey Matt, I have a customer that just signed up for an additional hosting account today. we set him up as usual, with our only plan. Now, it shows in WHMCS that his account has "Unlimited MB" under bandwidth limit. I rechecked the package to make sure nothing had been changed by accident, and all looks fine. I logged into WHM and checked his account, and all is fine (normal 100gb limit). Any ideas why this is showing as Unlimited MB for bandwidth? xxkylexx
Try clicking "Update Now (WARNING: May Take Some Time)" under the report. Fixed it for me.
Greg
Believe me i have. Its fine on one server but not the other so i would expect the server that it doesnt read correctly has something blocking it. I would really like to know how this part works.

chrishaley
Same here...WHMCS also reports 0MB disk usage even after telling it to update. WHM/cPanel reports the usage correctly.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 4, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 4, 2006 Hi, This part of the system is very hit and miss as to whether it works. It has to read in data from an HTML page and even the slightest unusual layout of code can stop it functioning correctly. Currently it works based on reading the HTML and trying to find the seventh column type method as this is the only way the data can be obtained from WHM but sometimes this can go wrong, especially when there are lots of addon domains on the server. I'm not sure if there's another way the data can be read but I don't think there is. Matt
Adam
Hey, Well I know cPanel/WHM in the 10.9.0 stable update changed a few of the template files. Which could be the problem... I'm also getting the same problem From, Adam
