Email piping for support tickets now working.

I have imap for php installed and have setup the configuration and cron tasks.

The system polling my mail server but is not attempting to login. I also get a cron complaint about not being able to login.

Anyone else have ing this issue?

 

P.S. I put the XXXXXXXXXXXX to mask my server address.
