Support Ticket Error in Ver 3.6.2

Hi,

I have found a issue with email piping from another domain where the support ticket will be created, but will not show up in Active Tickets List in Support Center and on the Admin Homepage shows as 1 ticket OPEN but nothing shows up.

To close the ticket, I had to view the ticket created and close at User end or by logging into PHPMYadmin and editing the tbltickets table accordingly.

What was I doing?

I have email domain (support@mydomain.com) - lets call this domain 1 and the WHMCS installation is on domain 2 (http://www.mydomain2.com). To pipe email from domain 1(support@mydomain.com), I set a forwarder in domain 1 to send all emails to domain 2 email.(support@mydomain2.com)

Domain 2 is configured for email piping on local server (works no problem) and support departments are setup in WHMCS for both domain email addresses.

When the email forwards from domain 1 to domain 2, a support ticket is created and email sent to user.

The Admin Ticket Import Log, shows Ticket Imported Successfully but when you go to view open support tickets, it doesn't show up in the list.

Current Version: 3.6.2.

Regards

Andy
