Aniruddh Posted June 27, 2008 Share Posted June 27, 2008 Hello, I've made a Support Department named 'Sales'. One of my customer opened a ticket in this Department. Now WHMCS is showing an open Ticket in Admin Area but I can't see it because that department isn't showing in Support Department Area.
