FPForum
I am having issues logging into my admin and so are my customer's. When they goto login nothing happens, it just refreshes the login page. I was getting the same thing on the admin page but when i checked "remember my login information" it then worked..If it's unchecked though, it will not work. Any ideas? This JUST started happening and I have made no changes to anything..
FPForum
I've tried clearing my template_c folder, using IE and FF, clearing my logs...still get the same issue. I put in my user/pass, and it goes right back to the login page..no errors displayed..nothing..just back to the login page. My customer finally got in after numerous tries..once again, i can only get in if I check the "Keep me logged in until I logout" option..but will eventually be knocked out agai
Retired Forum Member WHMCS Joe Posted June 27, 2008 Retired Forum Member Share Posted June 27, 2008 Hi From your description it sounds like the issue is PHP sessions not working on the server. Joe
FPForum
I checked with my host and that is not the problem. His is on the same server and he has no issues. I tried upgrading to v3.6.2, no change. I also tried with and without the www, same order. The strange thing is, once I try with "Keep me logged in" it works on the first try...
encryptedbrain
Same problem with me, and no I am for sure it has nothing to do with the server we have the same problem on two different systems. Also when logout and pushing on the Home button it re-direct you back into your account and so you are still login ?!

Blueberry3.14
If you have root access, check the error_log in that directory. PHP's really good about giving descriptive errors. If nothing else, it will give Matt a starting point if you need to put in a support ticket.
FPForum
Got my issue fixed. As the WHMCS team said - it was an issue with PHP Sessions. If you're experiencing this problem check your PHP Sessions or have your reseller check them for you, it's most likely the issue
dmc_ss
I'm having this exact same problem. Sessions work with everything else so why not WHMCS? Do you know what they did to resolve it? Cheers, David.
dmc_ss
This has been resolved now. Licensing not picking up change of domain.
