WIll they just not be there or answerable? Do I need to be sure these unresolved tickets get dealt with before installing Kayako? Mr.D Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 I tried once. all tickets will remain in whmcs. every thing effects new tickets. I gave up and decided to keep both whmcs and kayako. All questions regarding invoice goes to whmcs and all questions regarding other supports goes to kayako.
