Integrating Kayako - What happens to existing open tickets?

To all you people who have Kayako'd before.

 

Suppose I have some still open tickets. What happens after integration? WIll they just not be there or answerable?

 

Do I need to be sure these unresolved tickets get dealt with before installing Kayako? What about tickets in progress (figuratively, not the official in-progress tag) with there be a disconnect?

I tried once. all tickets will remain in whmcs. every thing effects new tickets.

I gave up and decided to keep both whmcs and kayako.

 

All questions regarding invoice goes to whmcs and all questions regarding other supports goes to kayako.

 

I am trying right now to make both work.:)
