Kayako Integration 101

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Can someone provide definite answers to the following as I have read some of the threads but due to the volume of replies in some other threads the clarity of how good or bad the integration is gets lost.:

1) Is the integration seamless and does it work very well?

2) What things do we need to be aware of when switching to Kayako?

3) Is Loginshare working fine?

4) From an Admin perspective how integrated is it? E.g I am assuming that unlike WHMCS, Kayako tickets do not have a link to the clients account summary (hosting and domain details etc) in WHMCS

We are wanting to use the SLA features that Kayako has, although we are reluctant to move away from the inbuilt support system in WHMCS.

I am not sure if Matt is in a position to answer this or not, but will WHMCS have SLA features for inbuilt ticket system?.

Cheers

Neil
