Jortex
Hi there, Recently upgraded to 3.6.2 (yesterday at around 11pm GMT) and trying to get the knowledgebase suggestions when submitting a ticket working right. I have the following checked and saved in General Settings: "Tick to show suggested KB articles to a user as they enter a support ticket message" And im submitting a ticket with both the subject and message containing the text "30 day moneyback guarantee" As you can see on the below link, there is a knowledgebase entry for this: http://www.environ.jortex.com/knowle...e&catid=2&id=7 Yet its not suggesting this article, it just says ticket was submitted, click here to view etc..... Am i missing anything here? Any suggestions are welcome.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 25, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 25, 2008 It looks like you haven't updated your custom template folder with the changed files - refer back to step 6 of the upgrade process in the readme file for which templates you need to update. Jortex
Thank you Matt, that will teach me not to read the whole README file Ive uploaded the below files: - announcements.tpl - viewannouncement.tpl - clientareadomaindetails.tpl - supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl - upgradesummary.tpl from the /templates/portal/ folder to my custom template folder (portal is the template i based my custom one off) 1.) Can you confim that this is correct and all that needs doing? The suggestions do appear now but look like the below screenshot: http://jortex.com/misc/submitfaq.png Is this correct? as it seems to be lacking a little "style" if that makes sense? if this is how its meant to look can you point me to the right .tpl file where i can edit this? i.e add a border and background colour. 2.) Im assuming it would be the supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl file, please correct me if im wrong. Thank you for your help, its much appreciated.
Mr.D
It works for me . I upgraded today. It works with English but have problem with other languages. That might be because of limitation of MYSQL I am not sure .
