balebond
I just bought my own .us site using our whmcs checkout and noticed the Nexus category drop down. I just went with the first on the list "C11" but didn't know at the time what they were. I'm sure this would confuse the heck out of any lay person... anyone getting tickets regarding this? Anyone do anything to clarify the meanings/requirements to users?
chickendippers
C11: A natural person shown is a US Citizen C12: A natural person who is a Permanent Resident C21: An entity or organization C31: A foreign organization C32: Foreign organization has an office in US I think WHMCS should add these descriptions to the drop down menu as a matter of urgency as I didn't know what the different Nexus options were until I looked it up. Furthermore it would be handier if the Nexus Country field was a drop down with the country names in the accepted format. For example I might enter "England" when the correct entry is "United Kingdom".
balebond
I still think this is needed. In the meantime I added Chickendipper's bullet list in my configuredomains.tpl proceeded by "A note for .US domains". Clunky work around. Is this data in the db somewhere? Can we just modify the data? Also, where did you find the list of countries Chickendippers?
chickendippers
I just checked out the Namecheap, GoDaddy and Enom registration processes to see how they did it

How to fix it? :)thanks for any help.
chickendippers
The first image looks like the domain name hasn't actually been registered.
Bucck
Thanks chickendippers ... But the field was created in WHM. And even then, the second error I do not understand the reason. Is that remains?
