Kayako integration

Hi,

 

I am looking into buying WHMCS and I currently run Kayako (and need to keep running this software). I see that there is now integration between WHMCS and Kayako and have two questions:

 

1. Is the integration stable and fully working?

 

2. Do WHMCS and Kayako need to be hosted on the same domain? I currently run kayako on support.domain.com and would like to run WHMCS on clients.domain.com, would the integration work using these subdomains or would everything need to be hosted on the same subdomain?

We have had it working fine for months now. Some users hve problems though.

No, they can be on different sub/domains but IRS will not work if they are on separate sub/domains.
