DirectI issue with getting a domain name

Hi,

 

We have a directI account, when we try and set this up through whmcs and click on order a domain, it comes up with an error :

 

An Error Occured {telno=TelephoneNo should be between 4-12 digits}

 

We have a phone number in the customers phone number field and its 10 digits

 

Any ideas?

make sure you have no spaces in the number, it caught me out.
