Hi

I installed php imap modules successfully and it even shows up on the phpinfo page:

IMAP c-Client Version 2004

SSL Support enabled

And I have the cronjob set:

*/5 * * * * /usr/local/bin/php -q /home/xxx/domains/xxx.com/public_html/billing/pipe/pop.php

Now every 5 minutes I get a cron report back on my email address:

<b>POP Import Log</b><br>Date: 19/06/2008 17:25:01<hr>Host: www.xxx.com<br>Email: support@xxx.com<br>

Anyone know why when my customer reply to the ticket, it doesn't get added to the ticket automatically?
