Maxmind preventing orders because error COUNTRY_REQUIRED

Hello I have something weird.

 

We have a few customers that try to order.

 

We get the notification of their order, but the order doesn't show.

 

Only in Calender function we see the domain name, but no customer details is recorded.

 

While looking in the database on the transaction id (which was issued to the customer) we saw only the maxmind error code "Country_Required" while this field is automatically set.
