From Email Same form all Dept Just what is shown to receiver

In kayako I can make it so that all From Email address is just the same for receiver even though different departments have different emails

 

How can I do the same with whmcs?

 

More explanation

 

A client sends a ticket to A department (the department A has A@mydomain.com as it's email)

The client receives autoresponder with A@mydomain.com in the header

 

I want my client header shows another email address in the header support@mydomain.com
