Cannot access some of the files via Firefox or IE

Recommended Posts

I've tried to access clientarea.php, submitticket.php, etc. and received this error: -12263

I cannot seem to figure out what is causing this, what can I do to fix it?

I'm probably missing something really simple, but this is my first time using WHMCS.

Edit: Oops. Just noticed I posted in the wrong area. Sorry.

Howdy,

You do not have SSL setup on the site where WHMCS is located.

You can either setup SSL or login to the admin area of your site and go to Configuration > General Configuration and leave the WHMCS SSL System URL empty.

Thanks,

Adam
