Can user mannualy enter his cpanel user name and passsword?

i have one more question that is

creating account automatically WHMCS creates the cpanel user name and generates the password automatically.

 

is there anyway to to let user enter his desired cpanel user name and password while filling out the registration form?

and whmcs use that user name and password to create his account.

I remember this being brought up in another post, however the reason it is not used in WHMCS is the fact that usernames are based of domain names. Doing so will most of the time prevent errors (username already in use).

 

By allowing the user the option of selecting his/her domain name, username errors will be more common (my two cents).

 

 

Do not see why your customers can just open up a support ticket for this....

When we used Modernbill users could choose their username and password; it caused all sorts of problems.
