I transferred the domainname form Dotster to Directi How can I effectively change the registrar settings in WHMCS? Wow even stranger !! WHMCS reports the domainname is available for registration whereas Directi tells me the domainname is transferred and acitve
chickendippers
Does it happen to all domains, or just this one? If it's all domains I suspect you haven't entered the parent id and customer id correctly.
dutchnet
-------------------------- Updated I had a typo in the domainname table within whmcs which generated the error message. ( I had two letters mixxed up ct instead of tc Problem solved by using my glasses and carefully comparing the domainnames. Maybe a more specific error message would have triggered my brains earlier on. Thanks for the prompt reply
