Directi Error

Recommended Posts

When trying to set the Registrar for a domainname to Directi I receive the following error:

Registrar Error

Website doesn't exist for domainname.com

Whmcs 3.6.1 then refuses to update the domain settings

The domainname is active with Directi and already known to WHMCS. I transferred the domainname form Dotster to Directi

How can I effectively change the registrar settings in WHMCS?

Wow even stranger !! WHMCS reports the domainname is available for registration whereas Directi tells me the domainname is transferred and acitve

Updated

I had a typo in the domainname table within whmcs which generated the error message. ( I had two letters mixxed up ct instead of tc :(

Problem solved by using my glasses and carefully comparing the domainnames.

Maybe a more specific error message would have triggered my brains earlier on.

Thanks for the prompt reply
