Creating account autimatically in WHM

Hello all

please can any one tell me hoe to create account automatically in the WHM from WHMCS when payment is cleared.

 

i have added a server and also created packages with same name in the WHMCS as in WHM

 

also set all the features in the same way exactly

 

now when i receive any payment say its offline payment when i try to clear the invoice checking create account and send welcome email it does nothing.

 

if i uncheck create account then it sends welcome email only.

 

please tell me what ti do?

Howdy,

 

You need to make sure that for that product that you select the option "Automatically create the account as soon as the first payment is received."
