DistributeIT - Modify Domain Contact Information

Hi,

 

In WHCMS version 3.6.0, is it possible for clients to login to the client area then click on the "Modify Domain Contact Information" button to update their domain contact information that is held in DistributeIT?

Couldn't find that button (perhaps I've relabelled mine), but yes.

 

From the client area (logged in) 'My Domains' -->'View Details' of domain you want to modify --> and at the bottom under "Managament tools", click 'Contact Information'

That will give you account/tech/billing etc contacts to change through DIT's API.

 

If you cant see any of these it will be due to your config being different to ours, so PM if you get stuck.
