Free account but limited in time

Hi there,

 

I am still considering whmcs because it looks very userful, but I have a question :

 

I would like to provide free accounts, but only for a limited time. After that time, the customer could :

- upgrade

- renew his free account

 

The idea, is that any customer could have a lifetime free account, but he should come and confirm that is still wants it every X months.

 

Is that possible?

 

I looked at the product config, could find the "Customers will not be charged for this product", but I couldn't find any renewal possibility or time limit of this account.

Hi again,

 

I finally found a solution for that : a coupon which is 100% of the fee.

 

I tried to apply it in the demo whmcs panel, but the order seems to stay "unpaid".

 

Is there any way to automatically validate orders which are free ?

If you are giving discount through coupons, client will get automatically registered.

But you wont have that acess through demo, probably you need to configure Server or domain name registrar for that
