RedCreateLtd
We are a London based Website Design and Hosting provider who has just moved to WHMCS from ModernBill, We have found the transfer wonderfully smooth and are very happy with the new billing system. We have started to customise the website to integrate with our main Joomla website. I have seen that some people have managed to get the two fully integrated, however I am not this cleaver so have just made headers and footers that look the same. I would love to know what people think and any ideas for improvement would be very welcome. http://www.redcreate.com/accounts Thank you Ian Taylor Red Create Ltd

BAJI26
Open your site in MEW and go to Site >> Site Settings >> Language >> and change the Default Page encoding to US/Western European (ISO).
Zorro67
Nice project Ian. just a quick marketing note. Is the guy with the beard you? And if that is you, no offence is intended or implied by the below comment I'm all for personalised branding (putting a 'face' to a site), but if its not you, consider a face without a beard. Conculsive marketing research exists that beards are a detractor to buyers.
RedCreateLtd
As you recommended the man with all that hair has gone, we are still working on the homepage text and as it’s the weekend here it won’t get sorted till Monday. But any other ideas I am very grateful for.
Zorro67
Had a better look back, very nice, looks well integrated, and i really struggled to find major faults, so instead, just a couple of (minor) suggestions (he asys as he puts his marketing hat on) Your 'reputation' icons are hard to read or not self explanatory. Perhaps consider dropping in some title text so that they have some relevence or explanation? On your site designs page, you've got a small thumbnail of each, but that tells the client little about what you did, what they wanted, what results you've got for them(eg SEO) etc. Not suggesting a link out, but again some hover text, or better yet a lightbox with larger image wouldn't go astray. I'm guessing you are still only part way through your SEO process, so I'll not recommend anything there. Cheers
