Hello,

I know this has been discussed here before however I had to ask again anyways

as I was not receiving this error until I upgraded.

When a user sends a reply to whmcs it is received and recorded fine.

Ticket updated or new ticket created. However the user gets the following

error email back:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to | /home/idealws/public_html/billing/pipe/pipe.php

generated by distributor@idealws.com

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

------ pipe to | /home/idealws/public_html/billing/pipe/pipe.php

generated by distributor@idealws.com ------

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/php_mcrypt.dll' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/php_mcrypt.dll: invalid ELF header in Unknown on line 0

Now I have mcrypt installed and working properly as I use it in another program I have

created and it is working with no errors.

My phpinfo: http://www.idealws.com/phpinfo.php

Can anyone help me figure out this issue? Or if there is a way to stop the script

from sendthing this error out?

I have tried php -qn and have also tried adding the -qn to the pipe.php file with

no luck.

Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

Regards,

Ray

This bounce email means you have an error in your PHP config. It needs to be corrected on the server side as it's not something that can be hidden and isn't due to WHMCS. Recompiling PHP might be worth a try.
