[RESOLVED] knowledgebase and Support Tickets

Small issues:

1) knowledgebase > Add to Favourites (works only with Internet Explorer)

2)Support Tickets > Insert Knowledgebase Article Link (insert link after to the signature, example: StaffNameArticle Link

3)When a customer view ticket, WHMCS shows the staff IP

1) Couldn't test this on my end.

 

2) Verified - same result. It's appending to the end of the ticket. Would be nice to insert where the cursor is.

 

3) I'm not seeing that. When I log in as a user, I'm not showing admin IP numbers when a reply is posted to a ticket as you would see it if you were admin looking at a ticket.

Are you using the ticket system to reply, or using an Email PIPED to reply to the ticket?
