pmatra
Hello all. The setup with Enom seems quite simple, went through the process, put in the user, pass, registered my IP with them. But for some reason my WHMCS will not look up the domains when asked for availability, and it will not work properly when purchasing a domain. When I return to tweak the config it acts like it reset itself, and shows registercom instead. Whats going on?? p
chickendippers
I had a similar problem with the Varilogix config, a quick support ticket got it sorted.
pmatra
I just need to know what kind of account I have (from a reseller account by HOSTGATOR). I want my customers to be able to automatically purchase domains. I want to know if I have to change the kind of account I have, or pay a fee? THANKS
BAJI26
You will have to contact hostgator and to upgrade your account, you'll will also need to deposit $100 which will go towards your domain purchases, you will also need to submit your server's ip (where whmcs is) to Enom.
pmatra
Ok the deposit is no problem. Go ahead and confirm the deposit with them. I assume they will ask me for a confirmation. You are right. I wish there was an easier way to go about this. Hostgator and Enom made it difficult to find this info.
