Fraud Detection does not work

We submitted a ticket but the person helping us told us it didn't happen even after we posted proof.

In the past month we have had 3 customers that have ordered something and their order was automatically marked with Fraud. We received payments from them moments later so we spoke with them to find out why it was marked and it all solved itself in the end, but this concerns us.

This morning I purposefully made and account with all the "incorrect" information. I submitted it and.... I look at the order list and there is my order with it being marked as fraud. I looked at the order and there is no maxmind information telling me why it was marked as fraud. I checked my email. I got the invoices welcome emails and the whole lot. I was even able to pay.

I am coming to the forums because the support team has said it never happened. after we gave them a full explanation and gave them screenshots. they again said that there was no problem.

has this happened to anyone else?

All we have marked is Anon proxys and diffrent from IP location We get a cURL error about every 2 orders thats usually during high traffic times though. Orders also frequently pass the Maxmind detection when obvious spam information is submitted like
