Payment questions

First off i would like to say what a great system WHMCS looks and sounds, and how useful this forum has been to me.

 

I am trying to start my own web hosting business and i am new to trading on the internet so i've never had a merchant account

before.

 

But after hours of looking on the web i am still confused about how to take payments from customers, this is

not helped by the matter that i live in the UK where there isnt as many options to take payments as there is in the US.

 

 

Now what i want to know is what are the best payment options available to me, bearing in mind that i am in the UK and that i have not got

any customers yet? I dont want to be paying a fortune for the service but ideally i want to be able to take credit and debit cards directly through my website without leaving it and for my company name to show up on

the customers credit or debit card bill.

 

Is there any way to do this without having to go the bank pay

for a merchant account and also pay for a separate gateway?

We use PayPal and WorldPay, no need for a merchant account just a standard business account.
