Wrong "From" address in system messages

In "Configuration-->General Settings-->Mail" I filled "System Emails From Email" as noreply@mycompany.com and "BCC Messages" as personal_email@gmail.com

 

But seems like all messages sent (Order Confirmation, Customer Invoice, etc.) have info@mycompany.com as "From" which is set in "General" tab.

 

Also, BCC messages are not being sent to my private email. Is there any option I missed?
