JasonO
Hi all, I am getting a lot of emails to my support@ and sales@ addresses with questions, and I never originally setup piping as I never used to get these. So, i've decided I should start using them, but i'm not sure about one thing. If I setup a forwarder so my sales@ and support@ addresses point to the pipe script, will I still be able to read them from Outlook, or will they be moved to the script and never seen again? Thanks for your help.

Nick
If these are piped to the script you won't see them in your outlook, they'll enter the ticketing system. You could always forward to another address before piping - this way you'll have both
JasonO
Hi Nick, Thanks for your reply. I guess if anything is sent to the address, I will know because a ticket for it will be created about it, creating an email for my personal address notifying me of replies. Sort of a silly question to have asked in the first place to be honest lol. But yeah, thanks for your help Regards,
