Alfahmad Posted September 17, 2006 Share Posted September 17, 2006 Hi today we upgrade from 2.4.1 to 2.5.7 things are ok and stable .. even it was a hard work with all of the new template change .. any way .. things now much better only about Support Tickets when user open a ticket he get a confirmation Email .. but the ticket never opened or showed from admin panel .. even the number Active Support Tickets: 5 change from 5 to 6 .. but we can't see the ticket .. on top of this .. when we logged into the admin account we can see the ticket opened from the ticket center any advise please regards, 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 17, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 17, 2006 As MACscr said, you need to assign yourself to the correct departments. Doesn't matter what type of admiin you are.
