webresellers
We had a new customer, place a order for a vps server today... Everything was normal with this transaction. Later in the day, they wanted to addon a option for us to manage their vps server. The order was created, but the addon didn't create an invoice for the ammount due. The order claimed "no invoice due". We had to manually create an invoice, and edit the order in mysql to add the invoice # to the order. Anyone else see this? whmcs 3.6.1
webresellers
We also noticed that these addons where not added to the addons section of the clients profile.
webresellers
We discovered that this addon order was added to the wrong customer/domain, when the customer whom didnt order these addons wanted to know why they got a bill for items they didn't order.
webresellers
We think this is a data problem where this customer is tied to another customer, but we are not sure how this happened or how to actually fix this issue. For some reason the same customer that didn't order these addons, is getting other peoples ordered addons applied to their account, and not the account that actually ordered the addon(s). Any ideas where to look in the mysql database to try and correct this issue?
