Jambohosting
Hey there guys. Problem: On WHMCS, under the domain section the is Registration Date, Expiry Date and Next Due Date. I would like to know the difference between the last two. So i can set them accordingly. Thanks
chickendippers
Expiry date is when the domain name actually expires. Next Due Date is WHMCS will next next charge the customer for renewal.
Jambohosting
Right think i got it. So i should set the due date a month or so before the domain actually expires?
chickendippers
We set them both the same, that's what WHMCS does by default anyway. Your customers can renew at any time and will be sent renewal reminder emails according to your automation settings, the due date is just when the domain name will automatically be renewed.
