Products vanishing

I have noticed that when opening up products to ammend details, when you save them they are sporadically vanishing.

They are then no longer visible in WHM, or within the product listing in cart pages, however if you type the url in for the product you can get to it on the web.

Additionally, if you enter the config of another product and change the url to the missing products id number, you can view it there also, however, the description box is now blank!!

Has anyone else had this?

I need to know how to stop this, or how to correct it, as I can't keep wasting time creating products that keep vanishing :(

Cheers

A cache where.... As it was someone on another machine in the office who pointed it out to me........ At which point I checked and sure enough they had vanished :?

So I can't see how it would be a browser cache.

Im guessing that its a database issue, as the fields for that product within the database are cleared.....

I just don't know why, what causes it or what could cause it, as it is such a random occurrence.

I had the same thing happen. In my case it happened after saving a product and then keeping that tab open in Firefox. While my login session is still valid, Firefox crashes and when I reopen it and the saved tab opens up. That clears out all the info. in the product since the product ID and "sub=save" are in the querystring but the POST data is blank. At least this is what I'm assuming happens.

I've since gotten in the habit of going to another page after saving a product.

Yeah, The guys in support did mention this however, it happend to me without having firefox crash, restore session or anything.

Obviously in order for them to take a look I needed it to happen again, however as per usual it hasn't happened since

Oh well, I cant complain as it isn't happening, but it would be nice to know what caused it.
