DataHosts
Is there a way to suspend a client from logging into WHMCS when they with to terminate? I do not want to delete them from the DB because I would like to be able to send out a Newsletter to them for future deals. I can terminate the account in "Products/Services" under the Client, but I also want to suspend the WHMCS login if possible Thanks
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 14, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 14, 2006 There sure is. Just set the user to Inactive in the status field on the Clients Profile page. Matt
DataHosts
I am so blind!! Thanks Matt. I was thinking that it should tell the client when they login that thier account has been deactivated to contact support. Either way..it works for me.
