integrating not supported hosting companies

Hi,

beside the default hosting company i use with whmcs (where integration works ok with creating accounts etc). i would like to use the whmcs solution for other accounts where the hosting company have their own developed control panel (not cpanel or anything common). I wonder how can i input these accounts in whmcs. Should i add as new hosting accounts or to add as 'other produc/service' type?
