Internal Server Error when creating accounts

Recommended Posts

I have a little problem with creating accounts from WHMCS.

When i go to some client account and click Create, it starts working for like.. 1 minute and after that it shows up an Internat Server Error Page but i get account created in the WHM.

Also when i try to Terminate the hosting package from the WHMCS i usually have a blank page but it terminates that account.

Is this some common issue or just problem with some kind of misconfiguration? Any clues why is this happening? I have WHMCS 3.6.1 and the latest version of cPanel (this whas happening before upgrade to 3.6.1).

when whmcs is running on the same server it provisions you should use mod_php or cgi execution mode on the domain that runs whmcs.

If you use mod_fcgid then you experience the time outs or server error. This is because (with mod_fcgid) Apache does a gracefull restart and whmcs will loose connection.

I got a problem kind of like that is that is that after the payment is set to paid or add payment the whmcs add the payment to the account and setup the hosting in the server and send the email to the client.

Well my problem is that after adding the payment the browser shows and error and the hosting is not setup and the email is not send either.

the maximum execution time is set to 3000 seg. I think is a lot.

what you think could be the problem?
