Reox
Greetings. I have doubts about what is the best way to make a promotion and I need help. An example: I have a promotion of a service in which the first month is free for this generated a code that he discounted the total amount of that month (-4.5 €), the problem is that when customers enter the code then the system automatically sends them a invoice of €0 with the status "PAID", this is a problem for me. any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Reox
I forgot to say that i have enabled the proforma numbering system so that invoices paid entering another line of billing, so it's a problem.
JasonO
I think it's a legal requirement in some countries for an invoice to be created, even if it's free for the first month, to show the person has actually 'paid' for it with the coupon. It can sound quite confusing but I've seen this mentioned before and other people said the same thing. If customers ask why they are getting invoiced for $0 then explain to them the above, and not to worry as they are not being charged for the first month. It's basiclly a receipt of their purchase.

JasonO
You might be able to make a query or report to get all the invoices with a value > 0 .
