Org) and the option of the member get a subdomain (mywebsite.myresseler.com) for FREE. But when a member receives an e-mail with account information (CPanel account, Cpanel password, Domain, IP etc. ..) that IP is not that I want to appear .. I want to edit this e-mail template, and delete the IP information from this E-Mail template .. What is the name of E-Mail template? If it is not an e-mail template, where do I edit? Thank you E-Mail that the member recived: +===================================+| New Account Info | +===================================+ | Domain: xxx.xxxxx.com | Ip: xx.xx.xxx.xx (n) | HasCgi: y | UserName: xxxxxxx | PassWord: xxxxxxx | CpanelMod: x3 | HomeRoot: /xxxx | Quota: xxxxxxx Meg | NameServer: xxxxxx | Contact Email: xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.com | Package: xxxxxx_XxxxXxx +===================================+ Account was setup by: domain (root)
ckh
That email is sent out by cpanel when a new account is created, not whmcs. As far as I know, it is only sent to root or the reseller and not the client.
SilverNodashi
yes, you as WHM root / reseller get these emails to show you that the account has been created. The client's doesn't get these emails
