sep
I don't know why you deleted my last post, about the licence key being invalid, turned out teh product ID wasn't what I thought it was, and just to let you know my email asking for support and also the offline messages I left where never answered. Anyways, now that step has been passed, but in the installer after I have in step two, when it tells me to do the preinstall steps and then click next, after clicking it, takes me back to the same stage and doesn't proceed. I have CHMODed those directories and put the mysql connection correct in the configuration file. Please respond this time. Thanks in advance and Regards.
pxtek
Does your server have register_globals turned on? Sorry that your tickets were left unanswered, can you please tell me which email did you send your tickets to?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 1, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 1, 2006 Both emails you sent were answered by me so you need to check your junk mail folders for the responses to these. Support messages never go unanswered. As for the problem you are no experiencing, as pxtek says, turning Register Globals On will fix this. sep
I asked them and they told me that it's off, and also told me how to turn it on for that peticular script only, so it doesn't affect clients. So I did it but got an internal server error, so they're fixing it now, after that it should be ok as far as i can think. Regards
