chickendippers
Hi guys, A customer has just signed up who wants to add a .ru addon domain. This is our first encounter with a .ru domain name and we are experiencing difficulties with the registry. First time he tried to change the nameservers our customer received a: Can`t receive SOA-records message. I suggested that he disable testing of DNS servers to see if that helps, but the state in the Whois is: REGISTERED, NOT DELEGATED The nameservers are apparently set correctly and the addon domain has been successfully configured in cPanel, but for some reason it just won't connect the the customer's website. We are completely bamboozled, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, chickendippers.
KayoteX
This is not WHMCS Q, but you should add dns records to your NS b4 delegation.
chickendippers
I know this isn't WHMCS related, that's why it's in the general forum The addon domain has already been added, so the DNS record is in place. Should I advise the customer to update the nameservers again?
KayoteX
yup, just ask him to re-delegate it.
