I notice the client area requests an email address to login, rather than a username, how is this handled by Plesk? Logging in to Plesk using an email address will only log you in as a mailbox user rather than a client.
I believe my clients would be able to login to WHMCS using their Plesk login credentials (correct me if I'm wrong), but do not understand how they can do this if WHMCS is requesting an email address rather than a username
