hightekhosting
We're having an issue with the "Add New Order" feature, access via our Admin area. When we click on it, it takes ups to the "Add New Order" page, but it tries to open another file (clientarea.php) and then goes to our 404 page. For instance: We click Add New Order It loads the page (http://www.ourdomain.com/whmcs/adminarea/ordersadd.php?userid=8) then once loaded that page, it tries to load http://www.ourdomain.com/whmcs/adminarea/clientarea.php and obviously 404's. Any idea why it's trying to load clientarea.php and why it's trying to load it via the admin area as opposed to the whmcs/ root dir Its a funny one but hopefully someone can shed some light on this issue. Nick
I think this must be a problem with customisation you've made to your template(s). The add new order form in the admin area seems to use the same singlepage order form as is available in the client area. When I view the page on our installation the links down the left hand bar change colour from their usual to our client-side site's default style because our style.css, referenced in our template, has been called. Check you don't have any meta redirects in place in your templates, that might be causing this.
hightekhosting
We actually didn't design or integrate our WHMCS. The WHMCS team did, but I'll have a much around and see what I come up with unless Matt messages with ideas Cheers, Dale
hightekhosting
We are still experiencing this issue and I cannot seem to find out why. Can anyone come up with any other ideas? We did not have this issue with 3.6 but since going to 3.6.1 it has appeared. Cheers, Dale
