Joel
I didn't post this in Bug Reports because I don't think it is one, but... Is it just me or do Clients *not* stay logged in when closing their browser? If this is the way it's supposed to work, then is there a way to change it?
MACscr
of course they arent supposed to stay logged in when the browser is closed. That would be a major security issue if they were. I understand needing that for other type of login systems, but definately not billing software.
xxkylexx
There is an option to check to stay logged in or not -- in the client area.
chrishaley
I believe it is just for that session...I think in 2.4.x, if someone placed multiple orders, it required the user to put in the email and password between each order, so I think the checkbox bypasses that now.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 10, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 10, 2006 There is no option to stay logged in - the option is to remember the details. It will still present the login form, just prefill the username and password if that option is checked when logging in. Matt
MACscr
if your going to prefil it, why not just have them as hidden form fields? Guess i could do an if/then statement to do that myself though.
