how to disable auto payment for credit card

Alter the due date on the invoice to be a week or so in the future. The card won't be debited until the due date comes up, so you'll have a week's grace.

Then, make sure the invoice email template is worded to say that "we will bill your credit card on the due date unless we hear back from you". Send them a reminder invoice email which will contain the invoice and the above wording.

Then, user being duly warned, you can either wait till WHMCS bills them or click on the payment button in the invoice on the due date manually. All set!

You can modify the automation settings to control how far ahead of the due date invoices are sent out - I'd suggest a few weeks notice at least.

You actually probably do want it to take the money from the user's card, otherwise you'll need to manually deal with every payment that goes through. I guess you could disable automation perhaps, I haven't checked the options.

If it's for just one customer, then simply change their payment type to something else and their credit card won't be billed. If you change it for the product, it will be affect all new invoices from then on; you'll also need to change it on any existing unpaid invoices.

Morover i dont want to my WHMCS System not to save the credit cards information of my clients, for the next bill.

I want my costumers pay the bill manually again via credit card or bank transfer for each bill.

But in WHMCS, if costumer pay the bill for once, then it saves the credit card information forver. It is too bad for me

In this instance I would not even offer credit card payments at all but, instead, use a third party to handle that side for you like many people do, including myself. There are enough to choose from as you know. ;) However, if accounts are subscribed monthly then any other provider will certainly take payments automatically anyway so I cannot see any easy solution for what you require.
