I have support@domain.com (currently hosted with googleapps) and I have support@domain.net (on the same web server as my WHMCS installation.) I can successfully pipe support@domain.net, but when I setup support@domain.com to forward to support@domain.net does not create a ticket. I've added a department with support@domain.com (even though my install is on domain.net). I've also tried to add the forwarding directly to /etc/valiases/domain.net support@domain.com: "/path to whmcs pipe script" No success. Any help is appreciated.
