Very slow order, because something on the server

Hello,

 

 

after moving from VPS to deticated server now i am getting problem.

 

the problem is submetting order is very slow in the page : cart.php?a=checkout .

 

then the order comes with pending orders not completed and i find (No Invoice Due) in green .

 

when i was on VPS the problem never coms, but now it is making very big problem for me and my clients because i need to complete the order manualy.

 

 

 

any one here can guess what setting one the server i have to check ?
