uberhost
Does your accounting software not offer built-in estimates?
Zorro67
We use quicken cashbook (now called home & business), which allow s us to create templates for pre-packaged promotions, converted them to quotes, and then to invoices. Of course this isn't live, and requires a degree of pre-sales interaction with us. To do this in WHMCS would take a lot more work. Essentially each package would be a product, with lots of configurable options. Importantly, you would want to find a way to capture their details, before issuing any printed version, or you could find yourself with people confriming "orders" that you had no record of. To make this work properly, you would need to find a way to "lock off" the quote by storing a copy in the database, or perhaps by allowing people to order but not making the order active until after payment; a sort of "pseudo-quote". I'm not sure than WHMCS can do this effectively, YET.
