shoggy24 Posted April 18, 2008 Share Posted April 18, 2008 I have been having trouble with whmcs sending renewal invoices for domain that is still valid for over a year, the last one was to a client whose domain wont expire till 2010, of course clients call me up and rant on why they have to pay another renewal. I have checked my automation settings and it is set to send first renewal notification 60 days before expiration. I dont know if the fact that my date format was DD/MM/YYYY was the cause, since my server is the right format MM/DD/YYYY. I have corrected the date and waiting to see if it happens again.
