everten2
does anyone have a TOS agreement that I can use as a template for my own? Where does everyone else get their TOS?
scurrell
Where does everyone else get their TOS? By deciding what your terms of service are, and then writing them up. Your TOS should be precisely that - yours. Not copied off someone else.

Here's a good place to start, gives you all you need, but remember to modify to match up with your site Docstoc
Shimmy
I use the one from here, it includes sections for AUP and Privacy: http://www.webmasters-cavern.com/tools/tosgen/index.php I, of course, changed it a few times to match my own terms...but it is generally very good.

ckh
I have to agree with Jason, modify your datacenter's TOS to fit your own needs. Your TOS should cover your datacenter's requirements at a minimum then add any more requirements and your own info. With their permission, of course....
