kingmoore
Right now, I can't have 2 clients with the same email address. Is there a way to set this up so that the emails do not have to be unique? Basically, we have clients who all get their email invoices sent to someone else to handle, but we still need the clients to have separate contact info (besides the email). Right now we can't do this. Any way around it? Thanks.
MACscr
I dont think so. I do think though that this is another reason to be able to a secondary contact within whmcs for this exact purpose.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 6, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 6, 2006 Hi, I don't think we can do this. It presents a number of problems which include deciding which details to use for a login, which version of the user to assign tickets to, etc... For one client, you should have all their products under that one client. Matt
